BlueTop Strategy Partners, LLC (“BlueTop,” “we”) runs bluetopstrategy.com. Questions about this policy go to brian@bluetopstrategy.com.
What this site collects
The only form on this site is the optional “Email me my results” box on the readiness scorecard. The site has no advertising and no analytics. It sets no cookies of its own, and its fonts are served from this site rather than a third party.
The readiness scorecard
Your answers and your score are worked out in your own browser. If you stop there, nothing is sent to us.
If you ask us to email your results, we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it), your score and your answers through Netlify’s form service. We use them to send your results and follow up about them. If you also check the box for occasional notes, we may email you from time to time, and you can opt out at any point.
Booking a call
The booking calendar is provided by Calendly. When you book, the details you enter, such as your name, email address and any answers to booking questions, go to Calendly and to us so we can hold the call. Calendly’s own privacy notice covers how it handles that information, and Calendly may set its own cookies when its calendar loads.
If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and keep a record of our conversation.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify may process technical details of each visit, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site. See Netlify’s privacy statement.
How we use information
We use the information you send us only to reply to you, send the results you ask for, schedule calls, send occasional notes if you asked for them, and do the work you ask us to do. We do not sell or rent personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for those purposes or for our business records, and delete it sooner on request unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing brian@bluetopstrategy.com.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and leaders. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
