Services

Five ways we help

Operations and automation

Map how work really gets done, then cut the manual steps, handoffs and rework.

  • Maps of your core workflows
  • Automation, outsourcing and paperless options, sized in dollars
  • Role and structure changes, with a rhythm that keeps people accountable

Legacy-to-digital

Add digital products and services your current customers will buy.

  • Small tests with current customers before bigger bets
  • Pilot, launch, then scale what sells
  • Run as its own unit, with its own budget and scorecard

Recurring-revenue products

Turn one-time work into subscriptions, platforms or retainers.

  • Find the services customers buy again and again
  • Package and price them as recurring offers
  • Track renewal and retention on the scorecard

Fractional COO

Senior operating leadership one or two days a week, without a full-time hire.

  • Runs your weekly, monthly and quarterly operating rhythm
  • Leads the build in Stage 3 of the process
  • Helps you hire a permanent COO or general manager when it is time

Acquisition integration

Bring each acquired company onto one set of processes, systems and standards.

  • An integration plan before the deal closes
  • One way of working across every location
  • Each deal tracked against what it promised

Gates

Stage Track A: strengthen the core Track B: build the new Gate: you decide whether to go on Each track runs in 90-day sprints. Savings from Track A help fund Track B.
  1. STAGE 1 · WEEKS 1–4

    Assess the foundation

    • Interviews with you, your leaders and front-line staff
    • A three-year financial baseline by product and customer
    • Maps of your five to eight core workflows
    • A read on which decisions still run only through you

You get: the Foundation Report, with findings, opportunities sized in dollars and quick wins.

GATE You agree on the facts and the size of the opportunity.

  2. STAGE 2 · WEEKS 5–8

    Set the grade

    • Three to five measurable targets, each with a date
    • Initiatives ranked by value and effort
    • A named owner for every initiative
    • A weekly, monthly and quarterly operating rhythm

You get: the Reinvention Blueprint, your scorecard and the first 90-day plan.

GATE You sign off on the targets, the budget and the owners.

  3. STAGE 3 · MONTHS 3–12

    Build on two tracks

    • Track A strengthens the core business
    • Track B builds new digital or recurring revenue
    • Savings from the core help fund the new
    • Results reviewed and the plan reset every 90 days

You get: changes in place and measured on your scorecard.

GATE Scorecard targets met or clearly on track.

  4. STAGE 4 · MONTH 12 ONWARD

    Hold the grade

    • New targets built into budgets, roles and reviews
    • Your leadership team runs the operating rhythm
    • Owner-only decisions moved to named leaders
    • Quarterly operating reviews with BlueTop

You get: an operating playbook and a before-and-after report against Stage 1.

DONE When your team runs the rhythm without help.

Stage 3 up close

Two tracks, one scorecard

Run both at once, or buy either track on its own.

TRACK A

Strengthen the core

Higher margin and more capacity from the business you already run.

  • Process redesign, one core process at a time
  • Automation, outsourcing and paperless workflows
  • Role, structure and pricing changes

TRACK B

Build the new

New digital or recurring revenue, built on the customers you already have.

  • Small tests with current customers first
  • Invest more only when customers buy
  • Its own unit, budget and scorecard

Questions

What owners ask first

What size companies do you work with?

Companies with $10M to $50M in revenue, and larger.

Do I have to buy the whole process?

No. Start with the assessment. After each gate you decide whether to go on, and either build track can be bought on its own.

Do you work on site?

Yes, anywhere in the US. Much of the work can also be done remotely, with visits when the work needs them.

What happens on the free 30-minute review?
